Q: How will I receive my order?

A: Your order is sent as an attachment - so do not delete your email. Your order details will be sent via email to the address you have provided. If your email address is not registered with us, we will create a new account for you and send you the details via email. You'll also be registered to receive updates from Keepsake Silks and can choose to opt-out at any time by updating your user profile

Q: What format do I receive my cutting templates in?

A:That depends on which one you chose!

CDR saved as CorelDRAW version 12 (or converted back to ver7, ver8, ver8 bidi, ver9, ver10 and ver11).

DXF AutoCAD R13 GSD Suitable for CraftROBO machines and similar

PDF Enlarged to A4 size for you to print or reduce and cut out as necessary

Q: I received my cdr template but can't open it.

A: You may be running a newer version of CorelDRAW. These templates are created in Version 12. All older versions should be able to read the information properly. (Any problems then please email us with your template code and we'll send you the template again - in the version you are working on - FREE OF CHARGE!)

Q: HELP I need a template / design... but you don't have it.

A: Just drop us an email and we'll create it for you - FREE OF CHARGE! You just pay the download cost. If your a subscribed member then we'll create it within 48hrs* of your request. Don't worry if your not a subscribed member, as you can still take advantage of this offer but it will be dealt with on a first come first served basis after the subscribed members templates have been created - they will be available soon - so just keep an eye out!

Q: Will I receive a blue cutting template like this one?

A: No. All templates are downloaded as an outlined image only. The blue templates are simply to make viewing the image easier for you.
