You can make your payment with Keepsake Silks through PayPal.com. You have an option to either register with PayPal or make a one-off payment for any purchases you make with Keepsake Silks.
PayPal accepts the following Debit / Credit Cards:

We will gladly refund, arrange a credit via a gift voucher or exchange (with identical product) any item that you are not happy with.
We will pay return postage on any defective item, however, should you not like an item and wish to return it, you will be responsible for the return postage.
Please state preferred method of exchange when returning your product and include a brief note stating why the product was returned - this will help with quality control. Thank you!

When you order by PayPal your products will be despatched upon confirmation that your payment has been received. However, if your purchase requires creating then this shall be created and despatched asap.
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSC) protocol with an encryption key length of 128bits (the highest level commercially available).
You will not be sharing your private financial information (eg: Credit or Debit Card or Bank Account numbers) during or after this transaction with Keepsake Silks, enabling you to complete your payment while retaining your security. PayPal offer both encrypted and unencrypted button options for added security.

Gift Vouchers: Available in any denomination of GBP: £5, £10, £15, £20, £30, £50, £75, £100, £125, £200, £300, £500 only.
Recipient Cancellation: You can cancel your Gift Voucher within 60 days of purchase date. Funds transfered to purchaser.
Refunds: Refunds on Gift Vouchers that were purchased using a Credit/Debit Card will have the face value credited to the original card. Refunds on Gift Vouchers that were NOT purchased using a Credit/Debit Card will be placed onto the purchaser's PayPal a/c.
Expiry: Gift Vouchers DO NOT have an expiry date. In the event that you forget to use your voucher - a reminder email shall be sent.
Once used your voucher is no longer valid!
Redeeming Gift Vouchers: Gift Vouchers purchased can ONLY be redeemed on merchandise sold by "Keepsake Silks" website.
Recipient Email Terms: If a recipient's email address is indicated on a printed Gift Voucher then it may only be redeemed by the owner of that email address. If it is sent to the wrong email address or is lost, it can be cancelled or refunded within 60 days of the purchase date at "no charge". For SECURITY REASONS - recipients may be required to provide a Credit Card or Bank Account to redeem their Gift Voucher.

It is one of our most important policies NEVER to sell or pass on your name, address or other information supplied by you to Keepsake Silks to any other person or organisation.
PayPal also shall keep your card / bank details safe and secure (see above).
We respect the trust you put in us to keep your details private and confidential. Your custom is extremely important to us to risk ruining it.

As a legal requirement, you are entitled to a "cooling off" period on all internet purchases of physical products.

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order then you have 7 days from your initial order in which to do so and no charges shall be made to you.
If you cancel an order after the 7 day period then you will be charged the full price for the cancelled order and the goods will still be despatched as originally intended.

All our products are made to a very high standard and we choose the right materials to give you the best combination of quality and value for money. However, due to the nature of some of these products being made, sometimes slight imperfections may arise that is from time to time beyond our control.

DELIVERY AND AVAILABILITY

This is subject to availability for Silk products and posted diecuts.
TEMPLATE DOWNLOADS are available within 24 hours of payment being received). Downloaded templates are emailed to you as an attachment.
If we run out of colours or stock of items then we will notify you as to the expected delivery dates or alternatives. Stock permitting, most orders are delivered within 7 - 28 days. However, please allow upto 28 days for delivery and longer if ordering overseas (depending on location). You will be notified on receipt of initial order). Delivery is made by Parcelforce. Please try to have your goods delivered to an address where someone is able to sign for your order. If you require an item urgently then please inform us so we can do all we can to assist - however this will incur a surcharge. An email will be sent as soon as your product leaves our premises so you know it's on it's way.

KEEPSAKE ONLY: If you have a problem with your template or it's file size we will rectify this at our expense. In extreme cases we will post your templates onto you should you have persistant problems downloading the template you have purchased. We want to offer you 100% satisfaction guarantee on all downloads.
SILKS ONLY: We offer a 30 day unlimited money-back guarantee, should, for any reason, our products fail to meet your expectations. All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt and in original condition.
All returns should be sent to: Keepsake Silks, Returns Dept, 10 Grafton Close, Wellingborough, Northants, NN8 5WA, United Kingdom.
Once goods are returned we shall process your account and reimburse you as quickly as possible. PayPal refunds must be made upto 60 days after receipt of payment.

Keepsake Silks offers a Subscription Service for anyone wishing to take advantage of our "Design Team" and have any specific templates created, that are not yet available on this site.
As a subscribed member you will also be entitled to FREE Template re-sizing (should you need it) as well as our FREE Template Design Service - not limited to any quantities.
(WE'RE SAVING YOU MONEY - most printers/designers charge a minimum of £10-£25 an hour [or more] just to create any artwork/image [per request too]. WE DON'T - you just pay the subscription rate and have until it runs out to take advantage of our design facilities - GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY at Keepsake Silks.com) You do have to pay the download costs for your templates however . . . but that's just a small price to pay!
CONTINUOUS SUBSCRIPTION RATES
Continuous Subscription rates apply to credit/debit card payments and Electronic Fund Transfer payments. All amounts are billed in GBP at the beginning of each renewal period and will appear on your credit card statement as 'Keepsakesilks.com.' Your subscription will be automatically extended for successive renewal periods of the same duration as the subscription term originally selected at the then-current non-promotional subscription rate.
YEARLY = Calender Year ie: same day of the year
HALF-YEARLY = Calender Months x6 ie: same day of every 6th month
MONTHLY = Calender Month ie: same day of the month
WEEKLY = every seven days
To change or resign your subscription at any time, click on the "Cancel Subscription" button. Should you wish to cancel your subscription you MUST inform us at least 4 days BEFORE your next payment is due.
If you cancel, you'll still enjoy subscription benefits until the end of your then-current subscription term - your subscription will not be renewed after that term expires.
However, you won't be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fees paid for the then-current subscription period.
As a subscribed member you will have access to LIVE CHAT. This enables you to chat or have access to webcam chat's with us directly (only when we are online), allowing you to discuss any problems / template design requests you may have.
You can select from either : MSN Hotmail, Yahoo or Skype to chat through. Any exchange of details shall remain between both parties and not offered to any third party without prior written consent. Any details shall be notified via email prior to logging onto either of these methods to maintain monitoring of user access.
If this method is abused then you will be blocked and all trading between you and Keepsake Silks shall be suspended. Security is paramount between us!

All our products images are the copyright of the individual designer that initially created them. It is an offence to directly copy another artist's work.
All templates shown on this website and any templates that are requested (via the Template Design Service), shall remain the property of Keepsake Silks and not the property of the individual or organisation that requested it. We have every right to offer ANY template requested to other members of Keepsake Silks as we see fit.
No copyrighted images / logos etc shall be reproduced without the prior written consent of the original owner.
Therefore, no material on this site - either text, layout or graphic may be reproduced in any medium without the express written permission of the artist / designer / company unless otherwise stated.
All downloaded templates are for the personal use of the individual that requested it and shall not be passed onto any other individual that does not possess the email address details that requested the templates in the first place.
At the express wishes of Keepsake Silks please . . . DO NOT PASS TEMPLATES / PASSWORDS ONTO A THIRD PARTY.
If you are found to have broken this agreement then Keepsake Silks has no alternative but to cancel any further dealings between ourselves and you will no longer be able to take advantage of such fantastic offers as those found on this website.
